Lacey Police Investigating Two Criminal Mischief incidents
In one case, someone tried to pry open a garage door to gain access to Forked River home, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police are investigating two recent separate criminal mischief incidents, both in the Forked River section of the township, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
April 8 - Officer Alan Abrecht responded to a home on the 1300 block of Norwood Street on a criminal mischief report at 1:07 p.m. The homeowner told police the incident took place while she was away between April 6 through April 8. She returned to find that someone attempted to enter her home by trying to pry open the garage door. The damage to the door is estimated at $200.
April 9 - Officer Jason Lee responded to police headquarters at 4:33 p.m. on a criminal mischief report at a home on Pheasant Run Road. The homeowner told police that a back door window in the home was broken and an outdoor grill and flat screen television were missing from the property.
