Lacey Teen Charged With Drunk Driving After Traffic Stop
The arrest came after police responded to a report of an aggressive driver, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Police recently arrested a Forked River teenager for drunk driving after they responded to a report of an aggressive driver near Route 9 South near Lacey Road, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Anthony Sarno responded to the area at 9:08 p.m. on March 11 and stopped a Chevrolet pickup on Sylvania Place driven by Savannah L. Banks, 19, Jay Street. She was arrested for driving under the influence and taken to police headquarters, Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
She was also charged with underage possession of alcohol, reckless driving, tailgating, driving with a suspended registration and maintenance of lamps, the chief said.

The vehicle Banks was driving was impounded pursuant to John's Law.
