Lacey's Beaches, Wibit To Reopen For The Season This Weekend
Summer is almost here, and the township's popular floating waterpark is reopening June 15. See the hours here:

LACEY, NJ — The sun is coming out, the weather is warm and summer is almost here. Kids will be happy to know that the Lacey Township Wibit is reopening for the season on June 15.
The popular floating waterpark will be open weekends only until June 21, when the Wibit will be open daily. It'll be open 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and you can check the Lacey Township Wibit Facebook page for the schedule.
Anyone over the age of seven can go on the Wibit, located on Lake Barnegat in Forked River. It costs $10 for beach badge holders and $18 for non-beach badge holders.

The Wibit is a floating waterpark with monkey bars, a halfpipe, bridges, ramps, slides and more.

Beaches will be reopening on June 15 for weekends and daily on June 21. Beach badges, available for Lacey residents only, will be required as of June 22.
Badges are available at the Recreation Office 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays. Badges are required for anyone over 5-years-old. They cost $8 and proof of residence must be shown to purchase.
Beach patrol hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the following:
- Cedar Creek Beach, Forrest Avenue, Lanoka Harbor
- Bamber Lake Beach, Bamber Lake
- Lake Barnegat Beach (2nd lake), Forked River
