Most Traffic Lights In Lacey Out Due To Power Outage, Police Chief Says
All Lacey traffic lights are out, please use caution.

Lacey Township appears to be the most affected by the late afternoon power outage, according to a JCP&L spokesman.
Lacey has 10,517 customers without power, said spokesman Scott Takac.
The outage began in Lacey at roughly 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

"All of the traffic lights throughout the township are out, except for those traffic lights north of Lacey Road on Route 9, except for Route 9 and Musket," the chief said. "The traffic lights are being controlled by police officers. As a result, residents are being asked to temporarily stay off the roadways for safety reasons until the power comes back on."
Takac said the problem appears to be with the Oyster Creek substation.
