ShopRite-Anchored Lacey Mall Gets New Owner
Lacey Mall, along with Bay Plaza in Toms River and Jackson Plaza in Jackson, are now under new ownership.

LACEY, NJ — The ShopRite-anchored Lacey Mall is under new ownership.
Lacey Mall, along with Bay Plaza in Toms River and Jackson Plaza in Jackson, have been acquired by a fund managed by DRA Advisors, according to CRBE, who represented the seller, Pasbjerg Development Co.
The sale price was not shared.

DRA Advisors owns 51 industrial and retail properties in New Jersey.
All three of the plazas are anchored by Saker ShopRite stores. The Lacey Mall is the largest of the three at 173,988 square feet. It is also home to TJ Maxx, Dunkin', Popeyes and more. As a whole, the properties are 94 percent leased.
