An ordinance prohibiting smoking at Lacey's beaches and parks will be considered in the future

Smoking is prohibited on school property and the township should follow suit, Deputy Mayor Gary Quinn previously said.

“What we really see a lot of, is on the days we have court, we really have a problem with people throwing cigarettes in front of the building,” he previously said.
