Traffic Delays Expected This Week In Lacey: Police

LACEY, NJ — Expect delays in the Gille Park area this week as road construction commences.

From Nov. 1 through 3, construction will occur on Manchester Avenue between Adams Street and Western Boulevard, Lacey police said.

"The northbound lane of Manchester Avenue will be closed at times and traffic will be alternating in the southbound lane," police said.

Construction is set to begin around 9 a.m. to limit its affect on school-related traffic, but one day will begin at 7 a.m., police said. Police did not say which day would begin then. Construction is expected to be completed each day around 5 p.m., police said.

"Expect delays if traveling through the area," police said.
