Two Men Found Asleep In Car In Lacey Arrested On Drug Charges
Both men facing multiple drug charges, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested two men on multiple drug charges after they responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle with them sleeping inside, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Daniel Ricciardella responded to the 800 block of Center Street in Forked River at 7:51 a.m. on May 5. He arrested Ryan J. Dautorio, 28, Center Street, and William M. Barbato, 39, Johnson Avenue, Point Pleasant, the chief said.
They were taken to police headquarters, where Dautorio was charged on a warrant with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of a controlled dangerous substances.

Dautorio was also served with three active warrants, including a $350 Brick Township warrant, another $300 warrant from Brick and a $500 Upper Freehold warrant, the chief said.

Barbato was charged on a warrant with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and having a suspended driver's license, DiBella said.
Both men were taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River.
