Two Ocean County Men Indicted on Charges of Heroin Possession in Middletown

The charges allege the men were found with illegal drugs in town last Sept. 4

Two men were indicted Tuesday on charges of drug possession in Middletown Township on Sept. 4, according to court documents.

James Wareham, 27, of Forked River will answer in court to charges of heroin/cocaine possession.

Jonathan C. Myers, 34, of Bayville will stand trial on heroin possession charges.

The grand jury's decision to indict is a formal charge, not a conviction.

The charges are third degree offenses, punishable by a potential 3-5 year prison sentence if convicted.
