To the Lacey Community:
I am excited to share that I am running for Lacey BOE. I am a mother of two--a first grader and a two year old--and my family has been part of the Lacey community since 2021. Since arriving, I have witnessed the tumultuous relationship between the BOE and the community. I am not just a parent--I seek to bring my 15+ years of expertise in education, public policy, and youth development to provide the best education for our students and promote a positive work environment for our teachers and school staff. I have an extensive background in partnership building, using data to promote transparent, smart decision making, and allocating program funds. My goal is to support an informed community who has confidence in how their tax dollars are being spent.
