14 Court Pickleball Facility To Open In Mercer County This Fall

The 40,500-square-foot pickleball facility will be located in Hamilton Township.

MERCER COUNTY, NJ - Pickleball Kingdom, a leading pickleball court franchisor, will soon open in Hamilton, Mercer County.

Denholtz Properties, a leading commercial real estate investment and development company, announced that it has signed a full-building, 40,500-square-foot lease with Pickleball Kingdom at 1100 Negron Drive in Hamilton.

In partnership with entrepreneur and franchisee Samrat “Sam” Sood, Pickleball Kingdom plans to construct an expansive 14-court pickleball facility that will feature conference rooms, meeting areas, a lounge, ample parking and a mezzanine overlooking the courts.

The facility is scheduled to open this fall.

“Pickleball has become one of the nation’s most popular sports over the last several years,” said Sood. “This gorgeous facility will be a hub for the vibrant pickleball community of Hamilton, creating friendships and unforgettable experiences for seasoned players and newcomers alike.”

Founded in 2021 by Ace Rodrigues, Pickleball Kingdom has locations in several states, including Florida, Washington, Kentucky, North Carolina, Utah and Ohio.

Completed in 2023, 1100 Negron Drive in Hamilton is a 40,500-square-foot single-story flex/industrial building featuring 26’ clear ceilings.

The property is located less than a quarter mile from the intersection of I-195 and Route 130 and one mile from Exit 7A on the New Jersey Turnpike.
