30 Giant Pumpkins To Be Transformed Into Art At Mercer’s Amazing Pumpkin Carve
This year's attractions include a beer garden, live music and more.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ – The Hopewell Valley Arts Council is back with its annual fall tradition. The 11th Annual Amazing Pumpkin Carve will be held from Oct. 9-12, at Woolsey Park, giving Mercer residents the opportunity to indulge in some fall fun.
Under a large tent, 30 massive 150-pound pumpkins will be transformed by local artists into spectacular works of art. They will range from whimsical to spooky.
The weather-protected venue will ensure visitors can enjoy the displays rain or shine.

“The Carve has become a beloved tradition, and this year promises to be our most exciting yet,” said Carol Lipson, Executive Director of the Hopewell Valley Arts Council. “It’s more than just pumpkin art—it’s a celebration of community, creativity, and the joy of fall..”
This year new attractions include a beer garden featuring local brews and live music at the Woolsey Park bandshell (Friday through Sunday, weather permitting).

Additional festivities include a hay bale play area, children's pumpkin painting, and storytelling around firepits.
Here’s the event schedule:
- Thursday, Oct. 9: 7-9 p.m.
- Friday, Oct. 10: 5-9 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 11: Noon-9 p.m.
- Sunday, Oct. 12: Noon-7 p.m.
