$50K-Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Mercer County Supermarket

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A lottery ticket sold in Hamilton won $50,000 during Saturday's draw, lottery officials said.

The winning ticket was sold at Shoprite, 1235 Route 33, Hamilton Square.

The winning numbers for Saturday’s drawing were 11, 23, 44, 61 and 62. The Power Ball was 17 and the multiplier was 02.

A $1 million Powerball ticket was sold in New Jersey and pulled in Saturday night's drawing, while two tickets in Missouri and Texas matched all five white balls and the Power Ball to split a nearly $1.8 billion jackpot.

At $1.787 billion, the jackpot was the second largest in U.S. lottery history, officials said, only falling behind the world-record $2.04 billion Powerball jackpot won on Nov. 7, 2022, in California. The cash value of the prize was an estimated $820.6 million.

The jackpot now resets to $20 million.
