Celebrate Food Day With Rib Dinner Cooking Class

Mrs. G's Family Cooking Class Celebrating Food Day. Food Day is a nationwide celebration of healthy, affordable, and sustainably produced food and a grassroots campaign for better food policies aimed to help people Eat Real. Tyrek Ware, 15, owner of Unique Ribz, will demonstrate and share his mouth watering gourmet rib dinner with his secret BBQ sauce. Mrs. G's Executive Chef Mary Beth will serve as Ware's assistant. Registration required, 6-7:30 p.m.
"Radio Broadcasting in America—the First 40 Years, NJ Edition." A multimedia program on the history of radio and radio broadcasting, highlighting areas and events in New Jersey that were key to the early days of radio. Registration suggested. The Lawrence Library, 7 p.m.
TCNJ Chorale and Women’s Ensemble Presents: “A Hymn To Saint Cecilia: Celebrating the Union of Text and Music.” Featuring Benjamin Britten’s Hymn to St. Cecilia, Choral Dances from “Gloriana,” Psalm 150 and more.
