“For you budding artists, bring the funniest, scariest or silliest scarecrow you can! Or build one at the festival - straw, twine, etc. will be provided but make sure to bring items that will make your scarecrow stand out above the rest (clothes, hats, costume jewelry, etc.). You can make your scarecrow by yourself or gather up some friends and do it together. After you have made your scarecrow, pick a place to display it in the park.”

Winners will be announced during the festival; winners need not be present to win.
