Diabetes Lecture

A lecture about diabetes will be presented by Winsome Bright, register nurse with Capital Health System, at the Lawrence Senior Center at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2.

The Senior Center is located at 30 Darrah Lane East.

The lecture, which is free, is intended for Lawrence Township residents and is being sponsored by the Lawrence Township Health Department.

The health department is also sponsoring an event at the Senior Center between 10 and 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16, where township seniors can obtain photo identification cards from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital’s Community Education Department and the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.

Registration is required for the ID card event. Registration can be done at the Senior Center.
