“Sharing meals with you and your loved ones across three, even four generations, has given us priceless memories we will always treasure. However, considering the ever-changing world—costs of goods and staffing on the rise, and so much more—, we have had to make a difficult decision. To uphold the quality and standards you’ve always expected, we believe the time has come for Enzo’s La Piccola Cucina to close its doors,” Rita and Anna, the current owners, said.

“Our hope is to celebrate with you over the next four or five weeks, reminiscing about our friendships as you enjoy a wonderful meal with us. We look forward to serving you during this time, just as we have for decades past.”

Opened in September 1983 by Enzo, the restaurant serves some of the most delectable Italian dishes that remind people of their Italian grandmother.

Enzo would often greet guests dining at the restaurant, as it soon grew to become a mainstay of the community.

“As Mom and I step into retirement, we do so with immense gratitude and fondness for each and every one of you who made these years unforgettable. Thank you for your loyalty, your laughter, and your love. Though all good things must come to an end, the memories we created together will live on,” the owners said.

A final closing date has not been announced yet, but locals are encouraged to visit the restaurant for one last meal to say goodbye.
