Lawrence Man Faces Drug Charges After Allegedly Trying to Sell Near High School
The incident happened on Sept. 17

An 18-year-old Lawrence man faces multiple drug charges after police say he was trying to sell marijuana near Lawrence High School.
Lamier Jasmine, of Bunker Hill Road, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute distributing drugs within 1000 feet of school property.
The incident happened on Sept. 17 around 3:15 p.m.

According to Lawrence Township Police Det. Dave Burns noticed Jasmine acting suspiciously near the high school. An investigation revealed he allegedly had marijuana packaged for sale.
Jasmine was released on a summons.
