Lawrence Native To Compete In Season 45 Of ‘Survivor’

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — After 23 years, and 652 episodes, “Survivor” is ready for a milestone season.
The CBS reality competition is on its 45th season and one of the participants this year is a Lawrenceville native.

He currently resides in Provo-Orem, Utah where he is a school principal, according to information released by CBS.
In an interview with E! Edwards said participating in "Survivor" was a chance for him to reclaim lost time and missed opportunities.

“Now that I have pride and confidence in myself, I am ready to play and win,” he told E!
The 18 participants will compete for the title of Sole Survivor and stand a chance to win $1 million. The season will have extended 90-minute episodes.
This year, all participants will be stranded on the island of Fiji, where they have to battle treacherous elements and play an ever-shifting social game, by outwitting other competitors.
Season 45 of ‘Survivor’ will premiere on Sept. 27 on CBS.
