Lawrenceville Store Sells $50K Lottery Ticket On Thanksgiving Eve
A Lawrenceville shop served as the only New Jersey location to sell the five-figure prize for the Wednesday's drawing.
LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ - A Lawrenceville store served as the only New Jersey location to sell the five-figure prize for Wednesday’s PowerBall drawing, state lottery officials said.
Countryside Food Mart, located at 160 Lawrenceville-Pennington Road, sold the $50,000 third-tier prize winning ticket, according to a New Jersey Lottery spokesperson.
The winning ticket matched four of the five white balls and the PowerBall. The winning numbers for the Wednesday, November 23, drawing were: 01, 02, 31, 39, and 66. The Red PowerBall number was 25. The Power Play was 2X, lottery officials said.

There were 14,624 other Garden State lottery players who took home an estimated $77,051 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200, lottery officials said.
The news comes as the PowerBall jackpot rolls to 48,000,000 for Saturday’s drawing.
