Man Struck & Killed by Tractor-Trailer On I-195 In Mercer County: NJSP
The incident took place on Wednesday morning in Hamilton, authorities said.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A driver was killed Wednesday morning after being struck by a tractor-trailer on I-195 in Hamilton, New Jersey State Police said.
Around 6:10 p.m., troopers responded to milepost 5.5 in Hamilton.
According to preliminary investigation, a 44-year-old Bayville man had been standing outside his Dodge pickup truck on the highway's right shoulder when he stepped into the right travel lane.

The man entered the right lane of travel directly into the path of the Volvo and was struck. The 44-year-old died from his injuries, NJSP said.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not released additional details at this time.
