New Indian Eatery In Mercer Serves Centuries-Old Recipes
The menu celebrates the depth of Indian culinary tradition with recipes from the North and South.

MERCER COUNTY, NJ – A new Indian restaurant, lounge and bar recently opened in Hamilton Township.
Rani Indian Restaurant, Lounge & Bar showcases centuries-old Indian recipes passed down through noble generations, amid an ambiance reminiscent of Indian palaces.
Located in the Foxmoor Shopping Centre, the menu at Rani offers vibrant spices from the North to the coastal delicacies of the South. The menu celebrates the depth of Indian culinary traditions.

"We are thrilled to introduce the community to the grandeur and sophistication of Rani," said owner Kinari Pachani in a statement.
"We aim to provide an elevated dining experience where guests can immerse themselves in the rich heritage of Indian cuisine, surrounded by an ambiance reminiscent of royal palaces."

The menu has been meticulously crafted by world-renowned celebrity Chef Nishant Choubey winner of the Iron Chef Challenge 2018 in Bangkok, and a gold medal at Aahar.
Chef Nishant has worked as a consulting chef for Michelin Plated Indus (Bangkok), a chef's partner for Sattvik New Delhi, a corporate chef for Seinan Group (Tokyo), and a consulting chef for Mesa Kitchen and Bar.
He is also the Co-Founder of Street Storyss Bangalore (a vegetarian craft kitchen).
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was recently held with Hamilton Mayor Jeff Martin in attendance.
