New Sushi Restaurant Brings Omakase Dining Experience To Lawrence

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — A new sushi restaurant recently opened in Lawrence Township, offering diners a unique dining experience.

Naoki Sushi will be offering “omakase” through the skilled hands of Chef Naoki Tashiro.

In Japan, “omakase” simply means the diner leaves the details of the order on the house, with the dishes being selected by the chef.

Naoki offers a seven-course omakase dinner that includes delicate Egg Custard with Snow Crab and succulent Wagyu Beef Steak Seared on Hot Lava Stone.

“At Naoki Sushi Dining, sushi is not merely a dish. It’s an art form,” according to the website.

Customers can sit at the eight-seat counter and witness Chef Tashiro’s sushi preparation up close.

The restaurant is located at 2649 Main Street, right next to The Gingered Peach.
