Photo Gallery: Lawrence Lightning Football vs. Oaklyn

These photos show the Lawrence Lightning football team (under 95-pound division) taking on the Oaklyn Cougars. The game was played in Oaklyn, Camden County, on Saturday, Oct. 8. 

The photos were sent in by Lawrenceville Patch reader Luann Kildea, who provided the following details:

Nabil Hachicha scored on a 35-yard sweep for his second rushing touchdown in as many weeks for the Lawrence Lighting 95-pount team.  Zach Newman, Christopher Cowen and Maxwell Henry provided strong defense in a losing effort against the Oaklyn Cougars.  Savyion McEachern burst through the line for a third quarter sack, but the Lightning fell 28-6.

The Lawrence Lightning cheerleading squad is coached by Nancy Pearson, a junior at Lawrence High School.
