[PHOTOS] National Night Out in Lawrence

Tuesday night was festive in Lawrence Township, where the community gathered at Heritage Park, adjacent to the Eggerts Crossing Village complex at 175 Johnson Ave. to celebrate National Night Out. 

Lawrence Township’s annual observance of – America’s so-called “night out against crime” was free and open to the entire township to encourage community engagement and promote crime and drug prevention.

Residents gathered with local police and elected officials to enjoy an evening of barbecue, children's activities, and a close up look at local police and fire vehicles.
