Police Searching for Trenton Man Suspected of Two Murders

Authorities are searching for a 21-year-old Trenton man they believe may have committed two murders in a three-day span, according to The Trenton Times.

Investigators describe Alton Jones as “armed and dangerous,” and believe he may be responsible for the murders of a pair of 19 year olds earlier this month. 

Rayshawn Ransom was fatally shot on June 12. Tiara Green suffered the same fate just three days later, on June 15.

According to The Trenton Times, warrants have been issued on the murders and on weapons offenses.

One person, Marquis Skillman, has already been arrested in connection with Ransom’s death. Police told The Trenton Times there may be at least two others involved.

Jones is described as a 5-foot-7, 175-pound black male with black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on the right side of his neck that reads “Mary.” There may also be a tattoo above his left eye.
