Rider's Top Chef Has Winning Recipe Featured at Princeton Restaurant [Video]
Senior Allison Clay of East Brunswick won Rider University's first-ever Top Student Chef competition. Taste her winning recipe during the month of April at PJ's Pancake House in Princeton.
There were more than 50 entries this year when Rider's radio station, 107.7 The Bronc, put out a call for find Rider's Top Student Chef this year.
Allison Clay walked away with the honors with her Nutella Ganache Cupcakes with Vanilla Mascarpone Icing.Â
