Season's First Tropical Storm Might Rain out the Fourth

Look out for postponements and cancellations on the Fourth of July. Meteorologists are predicting that Tropical Storm Arthur might rain out the fireworks when it breaks land on July 3. 

Some communities on the Connecticut Coastline have already postponed their events.
