Trees Down, Roads Flooded In Lawrence As Ida Slams NJ
Several township roads are flooded. Police have asked residents to stay home.
LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ - Several roads are flooding throughout Lawrenceville, as tornado warnings went out to Trenton and Princeton on Wednesday night. Officials also reported downed trees in many parts of the township
Authorities have asked residents not to travel down any road covered in water, even if it appears shallow until the weather subsides.
At least one tornado was confirmed heading toward New Brunswick, as a tornado warning remained in effect until at least 8:15 p.m. for the area around Princeton.

Earlier, a tornado emergency was issued for Trenton as the tornado that blew apart homes in Mullica Hill appeared to reform as it headed toward Trenton.
