Van Kirk Road Bridge To Close For Repairs
The project is expected to begin this week and last three months, weather permitting.
County crews are beginning repairs this week on the Van Kirk Road Bridge over Shipetaukin Creek, according to Lawrence Township officials.
The project is expected to take three months, weather permitting.
During this time, the bridge will be closed to all traffic 24/7 basis and all traffic will be directed to use Cold Soil Road.
Van Kirk Road on either side of the bridge will remain open for local use.
Mercer County will install signs advising motorists of upcoming bridge repairs and detours.
