The election is Nov. 5, same day as the presidential:

LITTLE SILVER, NJ — Nov. 5 will not only be the U.S. presidential election, but also local school board elections and town council elections in some Monmouth County towns.

Little Silver is one. Last Monday, July 29 was the filing deadline for candidates to submit their names to run for school board.
