July's Best, Rebuilding Grant Deadline Nearing

It's the last day of July and we're going to close the month out the right way.

We'll give you a rundown of Little Silver-Oceanport Patch's top stories from July later today. It was a busy month filled with a lot of interesting stories, so we are looking forward to looking back at them too. 

The deadline for Sandy-impacted homeowners to apply for the Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Elevation and Mitigation (RREM) and Homeowner Resettlement grant programs is Aug. 1.

There were many homes impacted by the hurricane in Little Silver and Oceanport, so those who have not yet applied should look to do so today.
