From Tinton Falls Fire Company No. 1 Public Information Officer Brendan Tobin: After the votes were tallied in both Fire Districts last night, we now know that both budgets passed. In District #1, Howie Chervinsky and Sean Donohue were elected to seats on the board. Up here in District #2, Pete Maclearie and Joy Eastmead were re-elected and Butch Neis claimed the 3rd open spot on the board. I want to thank everyone who came out to vote and thank you for supporting our budget. I look forward to continuing to serve you as a fire commissioner and as a firefighter. Thanks again for taking the time yesterday. Your fire service personnel appreciate it!
