Long Branch Police, To Hold 'Community Conversation' On Feb. 22
The event will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Feb. 22 at the Salem Baptist Church on Third Avenue

LONG BRANCH, NJ - Come to the Salem Baptist Church on Thursday evening for a discussion about "Building Bridges Within Communities of Long Branch."
The event will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the church at 116 Third Avenue, according to the police department's Facebook page.
The event is part of a celebration of African-American month and will focus on building relationships between the African-American community, law enforcement and healthcare providers in Long Branch, the post states.

Before the discussion begins, AETNA Better Health of New Jersey will discuss health education from 5 p.m. to 6 pm. Free blood pressure screenings will be offered by the Monmouth Family Health Center of Long Branch.
Alieu Nyassi, Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Monmouth Medical Center will lead the general discussion from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
