Long Branch Police: Man Shot In West Columbus Place Home Sunday Night
Man is in critical, but stable condition, police say

Long Branch police are investigating a shooting early Sunday morning after they responded to a 911 call at 1:50 a.m., according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
The shooting took place inside a West Columbus Place home, said Prosecutor's Office spokesman Charles Webster. The victim, a 30-year-old man, was taken to a local hospital where he was listed in critical but stable condition, he said.
The shooting is under investigation by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and the Long Branch Police Department. is active and ongoing.
