LONG BRANCH, NJ — Nov. 5 will not only be the U.S. presidential election, but also local school board elections and town council elections in some Monmouth County towns.

Full term, voters will be asked to choose three:
- Julio A. Rivas
- Michael Zimmermann
- Jon R. Zimmerman
- Violeta Peters - current Board president, seeks re-election
- Raymond Garland
- Joseph M. Ferraina - current Board vice president, seeks re-election
One-year, unexpired term, voters will be asked to choose one:
