Community Night Out Back For 2019 In Long Valley

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Mark your calendars: Washington Township's Community Night Out is back for 2019.

The annual fun night will be held July 16 at Rock Spring Park from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. This is the fifth year the night out will be held, and is totally free.

Atendees can look forward to multiple bounce houses, a velcro wall, two inflatable slides, and three rock climbing walls, archery tag and hose ‘n cone competitions, a video game truck, and more.

The Washington Township Police Department, Long Valley First Aid Squad, and New Jersey State Police Aviation Unit will do demonstrations, and Remax Heritage Properties will be on hand with a hot air balloon.

Snacks will be served.

The Night Out is a team effort coordinated by the Long Valley First Aid Squad, Washington Township Police Department, and the three Washington Township Fire Companies. Department of Public Works, Community Emergency Response Team, Junior Women’s Club, and PBA Local 301 also assisted.
