Ex-Long Valley Man Accused of Killing Woman Back in Court Tuesday

Philip Cise to appear in Pennsylvania court for preliminary hearing.

The man accused of killing a young Paramus woman with his vehicle last summer will appear in Pennsylvania court Tuesday for a preliminary hearing on the vehicular homicide charges the 49-year old from Dover faces.

Cise was not charged at the time of the crash but months later, blood tests showed he had gabapentin in his system at the time of the crash, according to a NorthJersey.com report. Cise did not have a prescription forΒ the painkiller according to reports.
