Firefighters Will Be Escorting Santa Around Long Valley

Santa Claus is coming to town. See when Santa Claus and his fire truck escorts will be in your part of Washington Township.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Santa Claus is coming to town and will be riding atop a fire truck through different parts of Washington Township to kick off the holiday season, according to officials.

He's making a quick trip from the North Pole to Long Valley before embarking on his extensive Christmas tour around the world.

According to the Long Valley Fire Company, Santa will be visiting local neighborhoods on Saturday, Dec. 17. According to officials, all dates and times are subject to change due to emergency situations and weather conditions.

"Be sure to listen for the sirens as we announce the Big Guy’s arrival," the fire company said.
