According to an affidavit of Rademacher’s arrest, the 10-year-old victim would often swim in his pool, supervised only by Rademacher himself.

Records say that this contact occurred several times between July 2024 and July of this year.

Additionally, Rademacher is accused of showing the 10-year-old victim a sex toy, instructing him how it works, and what to do with it.

Police added that Rademacher told the boy he would kill himself if he’d ever told the police about his actions.

After the victim told his mom about Rademacher’s actions, who in turn told the police, a search warrant of his residence was executed. Investigators found several electronic devices containing child porn, numerous sex toys, and items of children’s clothing.

Rademacher is currently awaiting the court's decision on pretrial detention.
