West Morris Central Girls Soccer Team Takes Championship Victory
The West Morris Central High School Girls Soccer team beat Chatham 2-1 at home, in the North Jersey Group 2, Section 3 state championship.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — The West Morris Central High School Girls Soccer team walked away with a victory on Friday afternoon, in the North Jersey Group 2, Section 3 state championship over Chatham.
The Wolfpack prevailed against the Cougars, 2-1 during the game at home, with the teams tied 1-1 at halftime.

NJ.com credited the Wolfpack win to senior Landry Cammarata scoring twice in the NJSIAA tournament, while Chatham’s Leigha Matter, a sophomore, made Chatham's goal “off of an assist by junior Ashley Kiernan.”
