Madison Cop Admits Having Child Porn: Prosecutor
Former Officer Chad Rybka had months-long online relationship with Ohio teen, prosecutor says.

MADISON, N.J. – A former Madison Borough police officer pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography charges Thursday after prosecutors say he had a months-long online relationship with a teenage girl from Ohio, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric Knapp announced.
Chad Rybka, 33, of Bernards Township, pleaded guilty to one count of endangering the welfare of a child – possession of child pornography, a third degree crime.
On Feb. 23 of this year police from Brunswick, Ohio learned a 17-year-old girl was using Twitter to communicate with an adult male, and that she sent nude images of herself to the man at his request, Knapp said.
