Police: Madison Man, 40, Charged With DWI In Florham Park

FLORHAM PARK, N.J.– A 40-year-old Madison man was arrested and charged with DWI in Florham Park on Sept. 13, police said.

At 10:41 p.m., Officer Thomas Belli observed a vehicle driven by Michael P. Hines fail to maintain its lane, according to the police report.

After conducting a motor vehicle stop, Belli formed the opinion that Hines was under the influence of alcohol, the report states.

In addition to the DWI, Hines, 40, was also charged with: reckless driving; failure to maintain a lane; and failure to possession an insurance card, the report states.
