Police Blotter: Pa. Pair Charged with Intent to Distribute Heroin
Lake Hopatcong woman charged with making a false report to law enforcement.

On May 4, police arrested Roger Leburn-Williams, 27 of Scranton, Pa., and Timothy Meade, 19 of Tobyhanna, Pa., and charged them with possession of a Schedule I narcotic, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute heroin. Police initially stopped them for a motor vehicle violation. It was determined they were in possession of narcotics. They were both transported to headquarters for processing. After processing, Mead was released pending a mandatory court appearance. Lebrun-Williams was taken to the Morris County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 dollars bail. Meade was also issued a motor vehicle summons for failure to wear a seat belt.
On May 7, police arrested Scott Guiliana, 34 of Florham Park, and charged him with driving under the influence. Police initially stopped Guiliana for a motor vehicle violation. It was determined that he was he was driving under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to headquarters for processing. After processing he was released to a family member. A mandatory court appearance is pending. Guiliana was also issued a motor vehicle summons for speeding.
On May 5, police arrested Giovanni Diiroio, 20 of Westfield, and charged him with under age possession of alcohol and under age purchase of an alcohol beverage. Police initially stopped Diiorio on suspicion of being under age to purchase alcohol. It was determined he was not 21 years old. He was transported to headquarters for processing. After Processing he was released pending a mandatory court appearance.

On May 7, police arrested Brian Guarino, 39 of Lake Hiawatha, on the strength of a $ 1,000 dollar warrant. Guarino was initially stopped by Chatham Boro Police after his car broke down. They determined there was an active warrant for him issued by Madison Municipal Court. He was transported to headquarters for processing. After processing he was released to the authorities of Chatham Boro for additional narcotic charges. A Mandatory court appearance is pending.
On May 7, police arrested Patricia McNelis, 49 of Livingston, and charged her with driving under the influence, possession of a schedule I narcotic, and possession of marijuana. Police initially stopped McNelis for a motor vehicle violation. It was determined she was driving her vehicle under the influence of marijuana. She was transported to headquarters for processing. After processing she was released pending a mandatory court appearance. McNelis was also issued motor vehicle summons for careless driving and having narcotics in a motor vehicle.

On May 3, police arrested Aubrey Evans, 31 of Lake Hopatcong, and charged her with making a false report to law enforcement. Police, after an investigation, determined that Evans provided false information. She was processed at police headquarters. After processing she was released pending a court appearance.
The Madison Police Department and Volunteer Corps responded to 23 medical emergencies during last week. The department investigated nine motor vehicle crashes during the same time period.
