Young woman miraculously only suffers broken leg in accident; Detective charged with exposing self via Webcam.

It was a week that saw two major news events in the borough, as well as more on the defeated school budget process.
On Monday, we told you about how Madison Police Officer Chad Rybka was honored by the 200 Club of Morris County for his valor during a vehicle crash. We also told you about how the Borough Council and Mayor Mary-Anna Holden honored three different groups with proclamations recently. Haspel was arrested on charges he exposed himself via a Webcam to an undercover detective posing as a 13-year-old girl.
