$100K Gift To Support Rehabilitation Center In Mahwah
An anonymous $100,000 donation will go to support programs at a Mahwah rehabilitation facility.
MAHWAH, NJ — Amid a growing mental health crisis in America, the work of effective service providers are more important than ever.
An anonymous private foundation, recognizing the importance of adequate mental health coverage, has gifted $100,000 to support holistic wellness and rehabilitation programs at a Mahwah addiction treatment center.
Behavioral health patients at Retreat & Recovery at Ramapo Valley, established in 2019 as a division of nonprofit healthcare system Hackensack Meridian Carrier Clinic, will benefit from the gift.

“We are truly grateful for this much-needed support,” said Michael Loch, director of development, Behavioral Health, Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation. “The generous gifts we receive allow for a greater number of those in need to receive the best treatment they deserve, close to home.”
