'Best Of NJ' Food Truck Cookbook Published By Bergen Co. Native
"Best of NJ" editor-in-chief Vincent Parisi has co-authored a cookbook with recipes from New Jersey's best street food vendors.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Bergen County native has co-authored a book about New Jersey's famous food trucks, featuring recipes from some of their most delectable dishes, that is set to release on Feb. 13.
Vincent Parisi, editor-in-chief for "Best of NJ," a guide to discover New Jersey, has compiled a list of the "best of the best" food trucks in the Garden State, and recipes sourced from them, for a 160-page cookbook.
His "New Jersey Food Truck Cookbook," written in concert with Best of NJ contributor Patrick Lombardi, will present profiles on Jersey Roll, Surf and Turf, Maddalena's and many others. Some of the vendors appear at festivals, some cater events, and others serve lunch on job sites, a news release said.
