Cops: Mahwah Woman Makes U-Turn in Police Station Lot, Hits Car While Drunk

At the time of her arrest, Stacey Longden's blood alcohol content was allegedly three times over the legal limit.

A Mahwah woman was arrested in Upper Saddle River after police say she was driving while intoxicated in a parking lot when she hit a car and fled.

Stacey Longden, 55, was arrested Saturday night after allegedly trying to make a U-turn in the police department parking lot, striking a parked car and fleeing the parking lot in the wrong direction, NorthJersey.com reported.

Longden was arrested a quarter mile away and her blood alcohol content was found to be three times over the legal limit.

She was arrested and charged with DWI, leaving the scene of an accident and having an open container of alcohol in her car, according to Cliffview Pilot.

The publication also reports this is the second time Longden has been arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
