Demarest Teen Sexually Assaulted Juvenile: Bergen County Prosecutor
A Demarest man, 18, has been arrested for sexually assaulting a juvenile, said Bergen County prosecutors.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Demarest man, 18, has been charged with sexual assault for a crime against a juvenile, said Bergen County prosecutors.
Justin M. Urgiles, 18, was charged Monday with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and assault, said the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
Prosecutors said that on Sept. 14, the Tenafly Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a juvenile.

An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Tenafly Police Department determined that Urgiles sexually assaulted a juvenile under 18 in Tenafly.
On Monday, Urgilis was arrested in Demarest and charged with second-degree sexual assault, third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and a disorderly persons charge of assault, prosecutors said.

He was taken to the Bergen County Jail to await a first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack.
