Drug, Gun and Money Laundering Charges Filed Against Bergen Co. Man: Police
A Fort Lee man was arrested and charged with various drug, weapons and money laundering offenses, police said.
FORT LEE, NJ — A Fort Lee man was arrested and charged with drug, gun and money laundering crimes after an investigation, police Capt. Edward Young said.
Francisco Holguin, 32, was apprehended last week at his Main Street apartment as he exited the building, Young said.
Police seized several items as evidence, and Holguin was taken to police headquarters and later to the Bergen County Jail, pending future court hearings, police said.

Holguin was charged with certain persons not to possess weapons in the second degree, possession of controlled dangerous substances in the third degree, money laundering in the third degree, possession of large-capacity ammunition magazine in the fourth degree, possession of an imitation firearm in the fourth degree, and possession of hollow nose bullets in the fourth degree.
